Our Carpet Fresheners come in a variety of fragrances, we only use the best ingredients in our products. Simply open the container, sprinkle lightly onto your carpet, relax and wait to allow it to do it’s magic, then hoover up and enjoy your choice of scent.

All our products are handmade so you may find from time to time that colours may vary each product has been handmade with love.

Whilst we endeavour to remove and avoid all harmful and allergenic ingredients we cannot guarantee that the product has not come into contact with allergens along the supply chain.

Carpet Fresheners produced by Scented Delights will provide a strong and reliable scent, however as this product is handmade results may vary, if you are unhappy with your chosen scent or the quality of the product please contact us and we will endeavour to do our best to ensure you are happy with your product and help to resolve any issues.

Whilst every care is taken when making our products, every person is different some ingredients used in these products may cause an allergic reaction to people with a sensitivity to them, whilst this is rare we recommend always reading the label and being careful when using new products.

Please remember to follow all safety instructions and check before using to ensure this product is suitable for you, the following list represents general tips and best practice but is not an exhaustive list of all safety practices:

Pigment in product may leave a temporary stain on some surfaces which can be removed with household cleaners.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two to three (2 – 3) working days for all products we have in stock.

The dispatch time is the number of working days it will take for Scented Delights to post the item after receiving your cleared payment. The dispatch time does not include the transit time – i.e. the number of working days the postal service will take to deliver the item to you.

Working days are normal weekdays. Dispatch times don’t include Saturdays, Sundays and major UK holidays. (Transit times don’t include major holidays and Sundays, but may include Saturdays, depending on the delivery service provider.)

If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to keep this delivery schedule, we will contact you by phone or email.

We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if the item you have ordered is not available.

Home Delivery is every Friday and is only available within Hull and surrounding areas excludes Barton (to avoid confusion surrounding areas is limited to within a 6 mile radius of Kingston Upon Hull, includes Cottingham, Beverley, Willerby, Anlaby, Hedon, Paull, Bilton, Skirlaugh, Dunswell, Woodmansey, Preston & Sproatley).

Faulty products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Please allow at least five (5) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Consumables e.g. Wax Products, Home Products, Bath Products & Custom Orders.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange at our discretion.
